Returns & Exchanges

At Aveline the Label, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original Aveline the Label packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
